Our Approach
As a team of learning and development professionals, we
provide the support, skills and commitment to learning
needed for the 21st Century workplace. We have experience
working in both public and private sector environments and
have a wealth of talent in a variety of development areas.
We recognise that one size does not fit all and offer
various approaches to learning including open programmes;
designing and delivering bespoke options; consultancy
service to help you identify your exact requirements and
improve your business services. We can deliver programmes at
your venue and can also offer our services to facilitate
team awaydays or conferences. Our expert Coaches offer
support to help employees develop the skills to help them
excel. We also offer quick fix and cost effective short
sessions that we affectionately call ‘Bionic Bursts’, These
offer key learning points in a variety of subjects for the
busy professional.
Bionic
Bursts
We recognise that today’s busy professional has
development needs but doesn’t always have the time to devote
to learning. These short bite-size sessions last on average
2hrs and provide key learning in lots of subject areas all
of which support our modern workplace. They can be delivered
as stand alone workshops that will support your existing
learning programmes; embedded in an awayday or other event
or we can design them as part of a longer term development
programme. They are innovative and crammed full of practical
ideas.
Open
Programmes
Our open workshops are delivered at Regents Park in
London which provides an excellent setting to promote
learning. The workshops we offer cover many areas of skills
development under the umbrella headings of ‘People’;
‘Diversity’ and ‘Performance’. Advantages include cost
effectiveness – these are ‘off the shelf’ programmes and you
pay one fee per delegate. There is also the added benefit of
networking and learning from people from other
organisations.

At your
venue
To make learning solutions cost effective and easily
available to staff we can deliver any of our open programmes
and bespoke solutions at your venue. We have experience of
delivering training nationwide and can help you source a
venue if you have no in-house facilities.

Coaching
Coaching has become accepted as an integral part of the
successful professional's toolkit. It is associated with
high achievement and improved personal effectiveness.
Coaching is for people who take responsibility for their own
development and are committed to getting the best for and
from themselves. Our Coaches offer expert support and
guidance and will meet individual needs through face to face
or telephone meetings.
Facilitation
We pride ourselves on having a pool of highly skilled
facilitators. All are professionally qualified and
experienced in the art of facilitation and will get the best
out of the event and so improving business effectiveness. We
can facilitate all types of events from a team awayday to a
large conference.
Bespoke
Along side our open programme we offer bespoke solutions
to help you more closely meet your organisation’s learning
needs. We will meet with you to explore your exact
requirements and design a learning programme to best meet
your needs. We will deliver the programme and evaluate it
for you. We can also train your in-house trainers to deliver
future programmes.
Consultancy
There are times when an external expert eye can help you
explore your organisational development needs and provide
advice on how to develop business focused solutions to help
your organisation move forward. Our associates are
experienced in all aspects of consultancy from helping a
team deliver more effectively to organisational change
management.
