Overview
This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to step back
and get a snapshot of their professional and non-work
related aspirations. You will have the opportunity to
develop your own personal plan that will help you manage the
relationship between the two.
With the demands of modern living, many of us will admit to
our work-life balance being out of kilter at least sometimes
- if not on a regular or permanent basis. Enabling
employees (or ourselves) to take the time to reflect on
challenges and how to juggle multiple priorities, we create
an opportunity for increased personal effectiveness,
fulfilment and job satisfaction leading to better business
effectiveness.
