Overview
Do you lack experience or confidence when chairing
meetings? Do your skills need a refresher? This workshop
will help take the stress out of chairing meetings.
This workshop is for anyone who chairs or facilitates any
type of meeting from an informal team meeting to a formal
annual general meeting. It will encourage participants to
consider what makes a meeting successful; identify and
practice the skills needed to chair a meeting; consider ways
to encourage discussion and identify ways to handle
differences of opinion.
