Vanessa is a Training Consultant, with over 20 years experience in the Public Sector. As well as being an experienced Manager and Leader, her portfolio of skills include:

* Delivering Management and Communications training to all levels of staff, according to prescribed objectives.
* Consulting, designing and delivering bespoke events according to business priorities.
* Working in partnership with the Public/Private sector on targeted programmes.
* Mentoring on Developmental Programmes.
* Supporting staff and managers on Diversity and Equal Opportunities.

Whilst the Public Service has seen some rapid and disconcerting changes in recent years, Vanessa has been instrumental in delivery key messages to staff on how to manage and make change happen successfully. She has also coached and developed these staff on how to complete competency based job applications and CVs.

She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has undertaken further professional development in Team Management Systems, Mentoring, Diversity and Equality and is Deaf Awareness trained.

Her skilled based interests include Crisis Counselling and providing support and coaching for those with Learning Difficulties.
