Overview
This course is designed to introduce new managers to the
skills and knowledge necessary to deliver their
responsibilities as managers and to help them develop in key
areas such as leadership, staff management and motivation.
This workshop will benefit new managers or those developing
into the role who would like guidance on good management
practices and skills to become more successful.
