Overview
Many organisations are going through change and Managers are
tasked with key messages and to engage staff in the change
process. This workshop will help to to enhance the skills
that encourage clear and open communication for leading and
managing transition and provide a forum for managers to
share experience and practice in these skills.
The workshop is highly participative, giving delegates the
opportunity to practice the skills required when having
difficult conversations with their staff about change. It
