Overview
Disputes at work can be very
stressful for all involved. This 'eye-opener' event will
provide an insight into the mediation process; how it can be
used in organisations to address internal conflict in
accordance with new government regulations covering
disputes. The workshop is highly interactive, building on
existing knowledge and imparting some new dispute resolution
skills.
