Overview
This workshop is relevant to anyone who wants to learn the art of effective goal-setting for application in their personal and/or professional life.


This workshop draws upon Neuro Linguistic Programming and coaching theory and techniques to provide a thorough introduction to the specific qualities that make an effective goal.  We will also look at good practice in terms of the process of arriving successfully at a set of goals.  This is a practical workshop and participants will be able to work on their own goals and action plans throughout the day.

Content
We will cover:

  • Goals - what are they and what makes them useful?  
  • Uncovering aspirations and creating a vision  
  • The qualities of an effective goal
  • Identifying resources and creating a plan
  • Visualisation
  • The concept of 'self-coaching' and strategies for success
