Overview

The one-day workshop provides an overview of the concept and
processes of project management. It will provide you with a
step-by-step overview of the Project management processes of
a full project life cycle and will develop your confidence
and skills to influence the successful outcome of your
project.
This workshop is ideal for members of staff or individuals
with little or no experience of project management or of
project teams. The workshop can be tailored to individual
or business needs.

You will develop an understanding of the project manager
skills and processes in a participative way through
practical exercises, group discussion, and your own work
documents and samples:

of exercises there will be opportunities for individual
guidance should it be required and you will be able to
review and discuss your own projects with an experienced
Project Manager.
