Successful appraisal takes preparation and confidence. It is a vital organisational development tool, yet managers often shy away from carrying out appraisals and staff often view it only as a ‘tick box’ exercise.

This workshop will provide participants with an overview of why appraisal is essential to any organisation. It will explore the benefits of effective appraisal to all involved.
