Overview

This overview will provide an opportunity to identify and hone the skills and attributes needed to perform effectively and cohesively as a team. It will look at identifying individual strengths and contribution to the team; how team members can motivate themselves and colleagues and help you to develop better strategies for communicating effectively and getting the best out of each other and subsequently getting the best out of communication with customers.

  • What our customer needs.
  • Teamwork

  • Understanding the needs of others.
  • Getting the best out of each other – including motivation.
  • Self awareness and understanding the emotions of others.
  • Personal action plans for development.
