The Art of Delegation

Overview
Do you spend too much time doing things yourself that others in your team could do for you?  This workshop will help identify and develop the skills of effective delegation.

Delegation is often perceived a difficult task for a number of reasons.  Many of us feel that is often quicker to do the task ourselves or that we don’t have the time to coach someone.  The art of delegation is an essential part of the manager and supervisor's role.  Delegation can save time; develop and empower people; motivate and improve team flexibility, moral and output.
