Overview
Effective administration is at the heart of any efficient
organisation. This workshop is for all office
professionals required to lead on administration and who
wish to improve their skills.
We will help delegates identify how to balance their
workload and we will explore stress, time management and
effective filing systems. It will also give assistance in
coping with multiple managers and how to adapt to different
personalities.
Delegates will be asked to keep a diary of their activity at
work before attending the workshop.
